Get started March to May Spring Trips — Spring (Mar-May) is the 2nd-best trekking season with long days, rhododendrons, wildlife in Chitwan/Bardia, and Everest Base Camp climbing (temps -5 to 32°C).
Get started June to August Summer Trips — Summer (Jun-Aug) is Nepal's monsoon season with lush greenery, vibrant festivals, and ideal trekking in rain-shadow areas like Upper Mustang (temps 17-35°C).
Get started December to February Winter Trips — Winter (Dec-Feb) in Nepal: clear mountain views, fewer crowds, sunny days above 2,000 m. Temps range -30°C (Everest BC) to 22°C (Kathmandu). Ideal for trekking.
