Booking And Cancellation Policy for 2026/27

As the global situation remains uncertain, we understand the need for stronger insurance coverage. Therefore, it is time to have stronger insurance that covers helicopter evacuation, medical assistance, trip cancellation, and eventualities that may interrupt your trip before you pay and travel abroad. To address this, we have introduced a flexible booking and payment policy to protect our guests from unexpected economic losses.

Booking And Payment Terms
After receiving a trip confirmation, we will release an invoice for a confirmation deposit as follows: 

  1. Booking a tour, trek, or mountaineering program is a simple process. You can secure your trip by sending a scanned copy of your passport and a confirmation deposit of 25% of the total price. Alternatively, you can make a full payment at the time of booking to save on bank charges. 
  2. Once we receive your confirmation deposit, we will send you the invoice and confirmation letter.
  3. The final payment should be made 60 days before the trip starts.
  4. For any local payments by credit card, there will be an extra charge of 3% – 5%.
  5. We accept bookings as early as 2 years in advance.
  6. The payment should be deposited into our company’s bank account, detailed below, and the sender bears the banking chargesor fees.

Trip Cancellation
The following cancellation fees cover the administrative charges and other expenses associated with bookings and cancellations.

  1. Cancellation after the confirmation – 25% of the total invoice
  2. 60 – 45 days before the trip starting date – 40% of the total invoice
  3. 44 – 30 days before the trip starting date – 50% of the total invoice
  4. Less than 30 days before the trip or during the trip – 100% of the total invoice amount.

Postponing The Trip
If you postpone your trip dates at least 45 days before the trip starting date within the travel year, the cancellation will not apply. However, if you postpone the travel dates to the following year, there will be an extra charge for the trip confirmation deposit per person, as given above. If the date has been postponed and then a cancellation occurs, the Trip Cancellation terms and conditions apply again. No other person or group can replace cancelled persons/groups.
