Daman
Daman, situated at the height of 2,300m. and 85-kilometres southwest of Kathmandu. From Dhaman one can enjoy the most extended portion of the Himalaya: Dhaulagiri in the west to Mount Everest in the east. If we extend a day tour from Kathmandu then we arrive in Daman for lunch. After lunch, we’ll have the choice of relaxing or hiking to a hilltop monastery. The hike takes 1½ hours altogether. Outstanding views of mountains and valleys get seen along with it. It can do in a day return trip, but the best will be a 2-days/1-night trip for not to miss the sunrise at Daman and other exceptional circumstances.
