Dhulikhel

Dhulikhel lies 30 kilometres east of Kathmandu, which once flourished as a focal point of trading between Nepal and Tibet. Today the town enjoys visitors to see their cultural heritage and stunning views of the mountains.

The Old Village of Dhulikhel still preserves traditional Newari stone houses. Some are home to a large family with often 50-relatives, all are living under one roof and working in common.

If the day is clear, one can enjoy a beautiful mountain range and deep valleys from your hotel. It’s particularly memorable at the sunrise or sunset to enjoy a fantastic view of glowing horizons. It is a splendid place to spend a night to enjoy the grandeur of a Himalayan.
